QJ type oil-filled deep well pump is a water lifting device that directly connected a motor and a water pump to submerged into the water. Working conditions
1. Power Requirements

(1) The rated frequency is 50Hz, and the motor rated voltage should be guaranteed to be a three-phase AC power supply of 380 + 5% volts (special order is required if the user voltage is 660 volts).

(2) The load power of the transformer should not exceed 75% of its capacity.

(3) When the transformer is far away from the well, it is considered that the voltage of the transmission line has dropped. For the motors power greater than 45KW, the distance between the transformer and the wellhead should not exceed 20 meters. When it is greater than 20 meters, the transmission line is required to be two grades larger than the distribution cable specification, and the line voltage drop is considered.

2. Water Quality Requirements

(1) General non-corrosive clean water.

(2) The sand content in the water is not more than 0.01% (mass ratio).

(3) The PH value is in the range of 6.5 to 8.5.

(4) The chloride ion content in the water is not more than 400 mg/L.

(5) The hydrogen sulfide content is not more than 1.5 mg/L.

(6) Water temperature is not higher than 20?.

3. Well Pipe Requirements

The well is required to be upright and smooth. There is no any bulges or misalignment for well pipes, and the inner diameter of the well is not less than the corresponding frame number.
