XBC-IS Fire Pump

The XBC-IS diesel engine fire pump set is a new type of fire fighting equipment developed in strictly accordance with the standard GB6245 fire pump performance requirements and test methods. 

This series of equipment is based on the equipped fire pumps (single-stage single-suction type, single-stage double suction type, segmental multi-stage type) can be divided into three sub-series: XBC -IS, XBC - S, XBC - D, etc. 

The equipment has a wide range of pressure and flow, and its application can mostly meet the fire protection requirements for various occasions.

The diesel engines of the pumps are made of domestic or imported products, with the characteristics of good starting, strong overload capacity, compact structure, convenient maintenance, simple use, and high degree of automation. 

It is an advanced and reliable fire fighting equipment, and has obtained the 3CF certification of fire protection products.

XBC-IS diesel engine fire pump set is suitable for firefighting water supply and emergency supply in warehouses, docks, airports, petroleum, chemical, power plants, liquefied gas, textiles, ships, tankers and other occasions.

Product Features

1. Automatic start: After the diesel engine pump unit receives the fire alarm/pipe network pressure/power failure/or other start signals, it can automatically start and put into full load operation within 15 seconds; 2. Automatic Charging: the battery can be automatically charged by the commercial power or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the whole unit; 3. Automatic Alarm: automatic alarm protection for low oil pressure, high water temperature and other faults of the diesel engine, and then alarm and shut down when the speed is exceeded; 4. Automatic preheating: making the diesel engine in a heat standby state to ensure emergency work; 5. Direct connection: The diesel engine pump units below 360kw adopt the domestically created direct connection technology between the diesel engine and the water pump through flexible couplings, which reduces the point of failure, greatly shortens the start-up time of the unit, and increases the reliability and emergency performance of the whole unit; 6.  The users can also set other alarm output according to different requests (non-standard supply); 7. With remote telemeter, telesignaling and remote control functions (non-standard supply); 8. The equipment is powered by X6135, 12V135, 4102, 4105, 6102 and other series of diesel engines. The diesel engine (with clutch) is connected to the fire pump through a high-elastic coupling to form a fire pump unit. The unit also includes a diesel tank, a cooling water tank, a fan, control panel (for automatic unit) and other components; 9. When it is an automatic control unit, the split diesel engine automatic control cabinet (programmable) realizes the automatic start, input, and automatic switching of the system (the electric pump set is switched to the diesel engine pump set or the diesel engine pump set is switched to another diesel set ), automatic protection (diesel engine over speed, low oil pressure, high water temperature, three start failures, low oil level, low battery voltage, etc. alarm shutdown protection) and other functions. At the same time, it can also interface with the user's fire control center or automatic fire alarm device to achieve remote monitor; 10. In order to ensure the whole unit normal operation in the environment below 5°C, the unit can be attached with an AC220V cooling water preheating device. 11. Diesel engine fire pumps can be combined with electric pump sets, stabilized pumps to form an automatic fire water supply system; 12. There are two types of water intake methods for fire pumps: self-priming and suction. According to the requirements of fire protection regulations, it is generally self-priming water diversion. If the user needs to suck up the water intake system, it should be mentioned when ordering.
